These general conditions of sale regulate all relations between:
Tecnologia Pacífico SL and its clients.
Before carrying out any transaction, the client confirms that he is aware of and declares that he accepts these conditions from the moment he registers.
1.- Purchase conditions
The customer knows, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, component price, weight, quantity, color, product details, cost of services, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without any reservation. Placing the order and its confirmation by the client materializes full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order. Sales limited only to professionals in the sector .
2.- Order
The customer places the order by clicking on the “add to cart” tab. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the “place order” button in the menu bar.
3.- Order confirmation
Tecnologia Pacífico reserves the right to not confirm an order for any specific reason such as product supply or a foreseeable problem regarding delivery. Pacific Technology will inform the client.
New orders cannot be placed until the customer has made payment of the amounts due for previous orders. Likewise, ownership of the merchandise will not be completely transferred until the company Tecnología Pacífico receives the sums owed by the client.
4.- Order delivery conditions
The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the merchandise at the time of placing the order. Tecnologia Pacífico reserves the right to use all necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the client. Deliveries will be made only in the territory of Spain.
5.- Delivery times
Deliverieswill be made within 24h-48h , it is possible that due to circumstances external to us it may take up to 72 working hours on the peninsula (as long as the order has been placed before 4pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) , if processing would not begin the next day), outside the peninsula delivery may be delayed up to 7 days . If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will let you know and confirm the date on which it will be back in stock or offer you an equivalent replacement product. Delivery is at the expense of the recipient.
6.- Delivery costs and receipt of orders
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the total order. This calculation is processed by the website itself (only for peninsular shipments, in other areas please ask). For purchases picked up in a physical store, there are no delivery costs. For all purchases over €150 (VAT included), free shipping on the peninsula (except for orders that already have an additional discount, these will continue to be the minimum of €300), €600 for Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and European Countries , €1000 for the Canary Islands (if there are extra charges such as customs, they are the responsibility of the buyer), free shipping will be canceled in the following cases:
- Large order of the same item that is already discounted.
- Products with a low profit such as: memory cards, pendrives, HDDs and DVD recorders (may be included in the order, but will not count in the increase in the order price).
When placing an order, the customer agrees to sign the receipt presented by the person making the delivery, in which they may include observations that they consider necessary. By signing the receipt, the client acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated therein. If the customer observes damaged products or missing products , they must make a claim to the Customer Relations Service by e-mail ventas@pacificoshop.com or by phone 91 024 53 94, within a maximum period of three days .
Any event such as, for example, force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport strike that delays, prevents or causes the supply to be exorbitant, constitutes, by express agreement, a suspension or extinction clause of the obligations of Tecnología Pacific, without compensation for the benefit of the client if the event takes place for more than 15 days. In these circumstances, the customer will be completely and automatically exempt from his obligations regarding his order.
Tecnologia Pacifico will inform the client through any appropriate means and on the same day that said event occurs so that the client can freely cancel their orders by reply by postal mail or e-mail once notified of the event.
7.- Shipping
Deliveries will be made during normal office hours. Select the shipping address so that someone can receive the package.
8.- Price
All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT . The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by Tecnologia Pacifico.
For orders outside Spain, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the price of the products will increase by 21%.
9.- Product sheet
The photographs showing the products are provided for indicative purposes. The texts that accompany these photographs are the reproduction of information that appears on the packaging or instructions for use. Differences between photographs and products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products displayed in the virtual store may differ from the actual color of the product.
10.- Payment conditions
The ordered products will be delivered after payment by bank transfer or credit card (Master Card, Visa Card, JCB) in a secure environment on our supplier’s server. In the case of making payment by bank transfer, the client will send proof of payment by email or WhatsApp to expedite the order, otherwise, Tecnologia Pacifico will wait for the arrival of the amount to process the order. 11.- Data protection (LOPD)
Tecnología Pacifico is obliged to protect your private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to anyone (or any third party).
12.- Information requested
By placing orders through the site www.pacificoshop.com , you consent that Tecnologia Pacifico uses nominative data about you, communicated by you or collected through the operation of the site. These data (names, email address, postal address, credit card number with expiration date, etc.) are necessary so that we can process your orders.
13.- Security of personal data
The sending of orders (they contain information about your account) is carried out through a secure server. Security software (SSL) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent to us. Additionally, message transmissions are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
14.- Guarantee
The client will benefit from the legal guarantee for hidden defects in the products sold. All of our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the guarantee will not be valid if failures or damage occur due to incorrect handling, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our instructions for use. The purchaser should consult the appropriate instructions and recommendations found in the instructions for use provided with the product. If the product came with a factory defect, it would be replaced with the same product; if there were no stocks left, it would be replaced with one with similar characteristics. If the exchange is not physically made in the store, the shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
15.- Returns
The return of an order can be made within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the order , with the original packaging and the products in perfect condition, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
16.- Intellectual property
When connecting to the Internet site created by Tecnologia Pacifico, owner of all intellectual property rights thereof, the client may not copy or download all or part of its content, without prior and express authorization from Tecnologia Peaceful.
